About Our Owner

Erin Carlson became a licensed realtor in 2004 and moved into the niche market of luxury long term rentals in 2016.  Erin is an expert in her field and strives to service the entire spectrum of executive luxury rentals in the GTA. Banking on her ability and seasoned experience to foster solid relationships, Erin Carlson has changed the game of Toronto’s long term leasing over the past 5 years and will continue to do so under her company, Urban Dwell.
